I purchased tickets online last year and due to conflicts we were unable to use the tickets. Knowing that we would not be able to make it I called Valas and specifically told them I had bought 3 2023 fall season general admission tickets and asked if I should sell my them to recover my money or if they could be used for this upcoming year as I knew we would likely go. They told me that I could absolutely use them this year. I could have easily sold them to get my money back. When attempting to use them this year I was told no, that online tickets expire. The tickets I printed out do NOT show an expiration date, nor does my online tickets I have in my mobile app. I am soooo disappointed and upset that I spent $106+ for nothing. It makes me want to never support Valas again. For being a family friendly business, this sure isn’t family friendly practice. My tickets should have been honored for 2024.Business response
