In the fall of 2021 I purchased a ***** single stage snowblower from **** ***** in ****** ******** with a two-year for warranty. The first winter I went to use it in December 2021 and I noticed before I even used it that there was a bunch of oil underneath the brand new unit, I contacted **** ***** in ****** ******** and I asked him to fix it underneath the warranty weeks later after the snow is already done for that year I received the snowblower back assuming it was fixed because I had no use for it because there was no snow at the time. I go to move it in the fall of 2022 to get it ready for the year and I noticed there was oil underneath it again. I contacted **** ***** in ****** ******** and they come out and picked it up and they said they would take care of it, once they got it, they said there was no oil leaking at all and I kept telling them that there was an issue with it because there was oil on the ground and I had not even used it but the service manager called me a liar. They brought it back about a month and a half later to my house, claiming that it was fixed , I go to put it in my garage and push it about 10 feet from where they left it in my garage noticing there is oil completely all over the garage floor underneath of it before I even move it. I contacted **** ***** again the service manager again called me a liar, that he power washed *** **** *** ** it, and ran *** **** *** ** it. Those were his exact words that there was no leak at all. I said well I don’t know where all the oil is from the. **** ***** came out and picked it up again and said that they would try to figure it out but they believe that they forgot to wash it off. That’s where the oil was coming, but it was obviously more than that because it was a puddle not just a tiny bit. snowblower left in the fall of 2022 and it is now March 2023 and not had it return. There’s still oil coming from it. I have asked **** ***** to refund my full purchase price. I have never got to use this.

Good afternoon!  We are disappointed to hear of Mr. ******* dissatisfaction with his purchase.  Currently the snow blower is our possession and in working condition so we will honor his request for a full refund of $*** that he should receive as a mailed check next week.  We thank him for the opportunity to serve him and are happy to serve him again with any future needs as well.

      Thanks,
