I wanted to give a shoutout to my case manager, Katie D********. Katie helped me go from 10% to 60% in a little over 90 days. The process was simple, and really took away most of the stress involved in filing disability claims with the VA. The cost of working with Berry Law was, in my opinion, very fair and 100% worth it for the peace of mind and financial gain I will have for the rest of my life. I highly recommend this firm.

Berry Law was recommended to me by a fellow Vet. I did my due diligence and researched them. From the initial consult to the end result, I am very satisfied and grateful for their advice and competence. Jason T***** was my Attorney and was always available if I had any questions. His assistant and the other staff that helped me was amazing as well. The whole process was very smooth. I was able to go from 90% disability for the VA to 100%. I received my BDD claim rating in March so I contacted them in March, they took my case in April, the VA scheduled me an appointment in June and then I got my results in November. I know timelines are different for everyone, but I was very glad to see things happen so fast. It was wonderful to have Jason in my corner fighting and advocating for me! Thank you so much!

I had been at a 40% rating for over ten years. Speaking with friends I served with they suggested to reach out to Seth at Barry Law Firm. When I spoke to Seth he told me to file a claim on my own and if I did not agree with the decision to reach back out to him. I did and went to a few more appointments. In the end the VA misdiagnosed several of my disability claims. Final rating came back at 90% and I couldn’t be happier. Seth did all the paperwork I just showed up to the appointments. I am very happy with Seth and Barry with their service.
