      I've bought two cars from Dillion's auto first car I had no problems with. Since I value customer loyalty I decided to continue my business with Dillions auto. I was given an unsafe vehicle. I've had to replace multiple things on this vehicle. While me and my family was in the car driving the car it broke down putting my family at risk. I had it towed to Dillion's auto where I was told they couldn't help me that because I didn't purchase a warranty that only covers 25,000 miles, there's nothing they can do. I've only put 23,000 on my car and it has completely broke down. I tried to go see Justin to see if there was something that can be worked out and I was PUSHED Aside and dismissed by a sales rep he sent to let me know they didn't care They do not value their customers and the safety of customers. Seeing how I was a loyal customer it was very disheartening to see the disregard of my issues. I will now be ensuring that the customers I see with my company are properly informed of the lack of customer service and safety they have for customers. I'be tried to work with the company, I want to recommended them even amongst the bad reviews but being a first hand victim I cannot in good faith recommended them anymore. I do not deny that I've used the vehicle but given the fact they break down after 25,000 miles is a scary thought. I pay $400 a month for a car that has only lasted 23,000 miles that's .68 cents a mile. I hope that the owner and GM sees this and does better, it can't always be about money but the safety of your customers. I hope you reach out and work with me and we can figure something out but seeing I've went back in person and that didn't happen, I don't see anything come from this. So I hope with this review customers value their safety and integrity and go somewhere else. It's not worth it. And if you do get a car here like I didn't and avoid the reviews PLEASE get the warranty their cars do not hold up to 25,000 miles. Thank you for reading.

      This customer has owned the vehicle for almost 1 year and put 23,000 miles on it. Dillon's Auto is in no way responsible for repairs needed. We will however offer a 10% discount on whatever repairs are needed at this time. Thank you

      How do you give negative stars? I don't even know where to start with this hole. I have never left a review in my life, but this deserves one. I hope that anyone who reads this takes into consideration as I did not, and now I am paying for it. Dillons has some really great reviews, yes, if you are purchasing a ***** or a fancy suv or truck that costs significantly. I definitely was not one of those customers. I'm a full-time student, soon to be first time mother (8 months pregnant), most recent car engine had blown out of nowhere, my max was about 20 grand for a vehicle. I found a BEAUTIFUL **** explorer. 70k miles, 18 grand, PERFECT. I called down and I went a couple rounds and was told they could get me down to 17. I made sure to call because I live 2 hours away. Awesome, I was good to go, we were on the same page. I get down there and story completely changed. The best they could do was 18k. The doors of the place were flying open, looked like an old thrift store, Eric was extremely unknowledgeable and Jeremy was, well, in respectful terms, rude. Anyways, I took the deal. Get half way down the road, my air bag light comes on. I call back and told Jeremy I will be turning around and just take my check back, he proceeded to say he will not be threatened and didn't understand *************************************************************** *********** Now, I'm paying for issues with the exhaust system, fuel pump, and gas leak. Not to mention, my automatic start doesn't work and they told me when I was there that they had just had it working. I wouldn't do business with these guys if they were giving away free cars. Like I said, I've never written a review in my life************************************ They took full advantage of my situation, and karma is no joke.
