On the RO Superstore website, we saw a pro-series RO filter set on sale. 1 of the filters had a omnipure label on the filter, so we assumed it was included with the set. Wrong - false advertising! We received a set in the mail. All of the filters were Hydronix brand, and after talking to a phone rep, who stated, "oh that (omnipure) is a really expensive brand which you will pay 3x the amount (of hydronix filters)," I was more angry. Our thoughts exactly.....Hydronix is a cheaper brand & maybe not the same quality of filtration! According to that phone call, the superstore sends out "what is in stock," no matter what you order. Another downside....I have to pay to return the product! That violates my principles! First they don't send what I ordered because they don't carry the filter on their website (false advertising), and then I'm being charged for the return shipment! I tried to leave a customer review on the website, but it would not allow. There's a place to leave a review, but when you click on the tab, the window does not open! I will make sure that everyone I personally come in contact with, knows the "bad rap" we've received. We are forced to use the filters sent to us b/c we will not spend the time or the money to return! RO Superstore needs to remove the picture of the Pro-series RO filter set, that includes the Omnipure label, from their advertising! You will not get what you paid for!!
