My son went in for a trim/shape haircut and left the salon with wet, butchered hair. When I say butchered, spa goers gasped when they saw it. I reached out the the company, via social media first, where I was later blocked for sharing our experience and pictures. The manager, would not provide her name, called and only offer to try to have it fixed. When asking for a refund she told me she felt threatened and uncomfortable. I asked for another manager or owner to contact me and she said they were busy. I found the owner in social media, sent a request for refund and also emailed. I have receipts, statements and confirmation. I was not confident about going in person as the manager had already expressed invalidated concerns but I could t take the chance.
