They worked on my porch they could not pass inspection took my money and never finshed the job.

I am not licensed in **************, so I brought in a 3rd party THC$D owned by Scott ***** who is a class B contractor that was licensed in **** to pull permits and do the job. All monies Mr. ***** paid went to Scott *****. The footers and framing of the porch were complete but couldnt get passed by the city because it would not plane with existing roof. Last i remember speaking to Mr. ***** or Scott about the job we were waiting for insurance to decide if they were going to allow us to demo and rebuild the existing porch that it connected to so it could plane out proper and be built properly. That was the last i knew. I still dont have a clue as to whether or not the supplement was approved. If supplement was approved we need to know to finish the project. The delay lies with the insurance company.
