The Good Life Charcuterie owner Jasmine's business practices are extremely unprofessional. My sister booked her for their 150 person wedding. 15 ft charcuterie board with meats, cheeses, jams, spreads, sushi, a macaron tower and appetizers served by her team. All for $****. She set up while we were at the salon, and left after setting up a pathetic 3ft table with wilted grapes, a room temp pie with NO serve-ware, dry mini muffins, grocery store cookies, pretzel sticks in a jar, 1 container of hummus still in grocery store packaging, and ****** pepperoni and cheese cubes. There wasn't even 2 lbs of meat. It was a pathetic display that wouldn't feed 20, and we had over 150. NO sushi, NO macaron tower. NO cutlery. Nothing they asked for. We discovered this 2 minutes before walking down the aisle. This DESTROYED what should have been a special moment. This was NOWHERE WORTH $****. We tried to get a hold of her, her website was shut down. Found a phone#, and told her to FIX IT NOW or refund the entire cost. She agreed to refund & rudely hung up. Panicked how we were going to feed 150, the ceremony was stalled so someone went to ***** & get what they could find. We called in rolls of sushi from ****. We didn't get fed, including the MOTHER OF THE BRIDE or me, the Maid of Honor. My sister emailed her the facts and requested payment in full including any processing fees, and Jasmine said "her team" would "be happy" to refund the money. It's been 4 MONTHS and there has been NOTHING. She asked where to send a check, and that it would be 7-10 days. This was Monday October 31 and they have yet to receive anything, and she opened and ignored an email asking for an update. My sister uses an email program where she can see when an email has been opened. She can see she has opened the email 5 times. The wedding was on Sun Oct 16, Jasmine had posted on ********* on the 15th that she "is in disbelief that she catered an event for 900 guests." She prioritized that event over ours.
