Lettuce 4 bags now have smelled & tasted awful. We called # on bag & they tell us to take it back to store, some bags are empty, they said it would be up to manager to refund. Snowstorm & I am not driving clear across town for a refund on rotten lettuce. Cupcake boxes we have bought about 40 of them & a lot of them are missing the green silicone cups advertised on box. We buy a ton of food from here & have had a lot of issues with freshness of food. At other locations chili meat had a sharp hard bones rock in it, not sure they ever did anything about that. Twice we have found objects in meat. Took salads to my mothers to make her a nice lunch and she sat there and picked out rotten pieces of lettuce on fresh bags that were full price. Was rather embarrassing. The marked down stuff is a joke. Even when you pay full price now, stuff isn't fresh. Then for them to not do anything about it when bag clearly states they will refund or replace if items aren't fresh. Around $*** for all this listed above. **** Dog Food we bought a few weeks ago and it expired in July of last year. Stores aren't supposed to sell expired food.

Thank you for your feedback about our Baker’s store. We apologize for your experience and encourage you to contact the store’s management team so they can go to their associates to coach and train on the correct procedures. We take food safety and freshness seriously and grade each store daily to mitigate issues like the ones you are referencing.

Again we apologize for your experience and hope you give us a chance to correct the issues for your future patronage.

I have had numerous issues with Bakers food lately. The quality is slacking. When calling the stores they do nothing. Lettuce salads smell & taste awful, relative get sick every time he eats salad from bakers. $** in stuffed crab shells we bought have little pieces of sharp crab shell in the meat or filling they used. This is a choking hazard and very dangerous. One time I used the delivery service and they left my gate open we had to chase our 3 dogs down the street and they almost got hit by cars. We called about that in which we paid $** for delivery service and they stated they would place a $** credit on our shoppers card and never did. We spend hundreds upon hundreds of dollars each week at Bakers and can't ever get anything done lately. They have a cap in which you can complain and the dog food we bought that expired a year ago at $** for two bags must of put us over that limit.  Stores aren't supposed to sell expired food yet this one does. Then when you complain about buying dog food that expired a year ago , you can't get anything else taken care of. I am really considering finding a better store to shop. We went to ***** **** Bakers the other day and bought a whole basket of 25 cent ******** soup and the lady working at shelf check must of counted the cans 10 times, even after two store employees counted the cans and rang them up themselves the lady told another employee to count the cans again all 185 of them. I drive a ****** that probably took that much gas to drive to store I don't think I am going to rip Bakers off a quarter for a can of soup . Yet we felt embarrassed and like she was accusing us of stealing a quarter can of soup.
