I started receiving treatment in January 2022. I paid upfront for said treatment and it was if you paid in full, you'd receive one treatment free. So 4 treatments for the price of 3. I paid $**** upfront and received only 1 treatment. Once I transferred care back to my PCM, I requested a refund from Revital by phone with Joelynn ***** - an employee. This was the first week of May. I called again around May 9th to request the status and was told she had to send it to her manager and hadn't received a resolution yet. I called a couple more times then emailed on Thursday June 2, demanding resolution by the end of the day or I would file a report with the BBB and seek alternate methods to receiving my refund. That same day, they magically figured out that they could refund me or the amount to be refunded, and they said that they couldn't refund it directly back to my card but would be able to write a check and it would be ready for me the following Monday, June 6 at the office where I could pick it up. I explained to them that my husband had an appointment there on June 7 and would pick it up then. My husband showed up to his appointment on June 7, and there was no check there but the receptionist said they had figured out how to refund my card and it would be back in my account the next day. The next day is June 8, and there is no money back in my account. They have not provided a receipt or a transaction ID as requested. I should receive at least $**** back if not for $**** because I did pay upfront and receive a discount.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/13) */ This client is unhappy as she requested a refund due to discontinued services and the refund was processed. I am not sure what she filed a complaint about as she was kept up to date on the refund status. We are a medical clinic and refunds are done through the billing department and can not be done ON DEMAND as there are claims associated with it.
