Started the pool with ****Mar last July. Just trying to get them to finish the job they started. They installed my pool liner with wrinkles all over. I've contacted them multiple times about getting it completed. They first told me when it was installed they'd be back to get the wrinkles out when the weather got hotter. Contacted **** 2 weeks ago to resolve the issue. He tells me he'll be over Monday-ended up a no show. Decided to try again to resolve the issue, he tells me he would call me back after he talks to his guys. No call back again. All i wont is the job finished! Every time i have people over they all point out the pool liner that was not installed properly. If he would ever come look at it he would see why i keep calling him. I've attempted to resolve this with **** more then 3 times. I need help getting this job finished. If you need pictures i would be happy to provide them.
