They say to call with changes to your order but they never answer the phone.

Called and left a voicemail for customer to return my call so I can help assist to see where we can get better. I want to see what number he is calling and confirm what number he is calling from so I can pull call logs to see why we are not getting his call returned.Review from Theresa L

They are recalling dreamstation because of the foam that they put inside of them I respiratory machine I use at night the phone has been giving up different gases from the foam that they use in some people are getting very sick and some very bad side effects from a I found out by watching something on TV that they were having a lawsuit against them I called them and she gave me a an email but I can't connect to it I think they should have got a hold of everybody and let them know that these machines are dangerous for their health I quit using mine that I started using my old one and found out it's on the list too I've got a hold of my doctor and they're trying to get me a different machine this is from ******** I'm not too happy not being notified that these were dangerous to be using that night they were supposed to be helping me not hurting me thank you yours truly Teresa lawsReview from James C

Tried to order a replacement mask. Customer service was lousy. I was not able to verify the price of the silicone part of the mask so hung up. I will try to repair myself.
