      Having recently experienced an unsatisfactory service at an American car dealership, I am inclined to avoid making such a purchase in the future. Specifically, I brought in my Chevrolet Traverse 2011 for repair due to a gas smell and was charged a significant amount of $3,455.77 with no improvement in the performance of the car. Despite being advised against visiting the dealership due to their alleged overcharging practices, I had no choice but to comply as they had possession of my vehicle. I suggest seeking alternative opinions on repairs from local mechanics or individuals you trust to avoid similar situations. Additionally, I was unexpectedly required to pay $29.99 for the loaner, a cost that is reportedly waived at a different location. This lack of consistency, along with inefficiencies in refueling loaner vehicles by the senior staff member handling paperwork, highlights the disorganization within the establishment. Such discrepancies in pricing, where I was initially quoted $1,500 but ended up paying $3,477, are concerning and may warrant legal recourse in the future to address these issues effectively.

      This person left another review. I have not had a 2011 Traverse in our shop for some time. We don't treat our customers this way and would love to chat with them if this is even real. I don't have a Judy Melgar in our system. We have fantastic people that work here and they work very hard to satisfy our customers.

      I wish I would have checked these reviews before my purchase. I bought my 2024 Chevy Trax in June 3023. I specifically told my salesperson I wanted a sunroof installed. No problem, make an appointment and we'll give a loaner. Easy peasy, right? No!!! I believe after he found out it wasn't easy, he told me to go through the glass place directly and I would get a better deal - WRONG!! The glass place told me that isn't true! It's now February 2024 and no sunroof. Every time I call, I get someone different and when I call back no one knows who that person is. I'm beyond frustrated! How can I make it right? They also quoted me a price and now they don't want to honor that! Get it in writing people!!!! Any suggestions? I just want my sunroof. Of course this all happened after I gave them rave reviews! I just feel like they got what they needed - the whole time I was going through my purchase, everyone I dealt with told me to give them great reviews or Mr. Young would be very disappointed and they would be reprimanded. I'd like to redo those reviews now. If your that scared about your reviews, not sure I would work there. I really wish I could tell Mr. Young how their customer service is now. I would name names, but I'm sure no one would know who that person is... They seem to disappear after I talk to them.... On purpose. Is strange!!! I'm not happy at all with my purchase now. Too bad, I really like my car, just wanted a sunroof ??

      Roxanne, I am sorry for your experience so far. I know it can get frustrating dealing with vendors and getting parts for vehicles. I understand that there was a price increase which is quite common these days, but we will honor the original price rest assured. I don't quite understand about people disappearing as everyone you have dealt with is still here. There have been a lot of supply issues in the last year and sunroof companies are not exempt from that frustration. If you desire to get your sunroof, give Bob a call and we will all make sure it gets done for you. We cannot control the review you give, but we can control the experience we provide.       I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, with an appointment, which was meant to be covered. I mentioned an issue I had every now and again with the theft deterrent system in the car, expecting it to covered. No one had mentioned anything different and I had not signed anything authorizing extra service on my car. I'm contacted hours later saying they had not even looked at my car yet and were going to have to keep it overnight. They offered a rental but could not tell me if it would be covered by my warranty until after they performed diagnostics, tomorrow. Day2: they sent me diagnostics in a link, but the interface was not user-friendly. I still didn't know if everything was covered. I got off work a bit early and called them at 5:20 PM with no answer. Day 3: they texted saying they couldn't have answered as they closed at 6:00 PM. I mentioned in text that I had called earlier, no rebuttal. I sent a text stating I didn't need any fixes that were not covered by my warranty. When I called and finally got the mechanic on the phone, they said the inspection wasn't covered as there was nothing broken in my car and there were no fixes. The item I actually had an issue with was an "aftermarket item" that they claimed they do not sell. I explained that could not be the case as I bought the car from them, had gone to no one but them since buying the car for maintenance, and the car had been in no one else's possession but mine since purchase. Without any explanation on how this item, that was not working, came to be in my car, and no fix to this item since it somehow wasn't covered by warranty, I picked up my car after paying $200. When they called for a review, I returned the call and explained why I was so upset. They assured me that their supervisor would call me back that day to speak with me and help. Never happened. This is the third time (all for separate issues) that I've called them, been told they'd call me back that day, and no one ever does.

      Gregg Young Chevrolet sold me a 2009 Chevrolet 2500hd a couple months ago and advertised it with specific options. I researched the truck as best I could but also trusted this dealer would not mislead a customer. When I just spoke with the used car manager Dennis that actually listed this truck claims they have no trail of the auto trader ad that listed these specific options. As soon as Dennis realized what the problem is, he ended the conversation immediately. I’m just making people aware of my specific experience with this dealership.

      My name is Stan ******. On February 18th 2022 I purchased a 2019 ****/F-150 Supcrew pickup from your Dealership in plattsmouth Ne. I also purchased a warranty plan to cover 100 percent of the electrical and electronics which also covered some other products. The sales person offered a separate policy that covered additional items such as tires. I declined. That warranty somehow managed to get tacked on to the loan through ** Financial. We found out later when we were called by a person to activate the warranty we found out that there were only supposed to be eighteen months of payments but they had been extended over the entire length of the loan. That person gave us the option to pay the entire amount and it removed from the loan which we did. However, when we received the the next statement it it had not changed. We have been in with ** Financial and they tell us to call the dealer. The dealer is not returning our calls. All I want is the products I didn't want removed and the money I'm owed.
