I hired blu pool (****** ******) to install a new pool liner April 13, 2024. I thought I had the correct liner, and did not. I paid for the liner install $1,600-and the correct new liner of $838.35. He installed the new liner on May 8, 2024, the liner collapsed. On May 9,2024 the liner was reinstalled and again collapsed on May 10, 2024. After multiple phone calls and text messages ****** never came back to reinstall the liner. Leaving the pool empty, the pool was totaled May 24, 2024. ****** again said he was on the way, he never came out. I did agree to pay $2800 for a new pool as I felt that would be cheaper than getting an attorney. After multiple phone calls he agreed to install the new pool by June 9, 2024. ****** never showed with the new pool or called. When he did answer I told him I wanted a full refund and he was liable for my new pool. He has not refunded me, as he said he would if I agreed to sign a form stating I would not seek legal action. I have left multiple messages with him co Toni g he does not know when he can refund my money. As of June 11, 2024. I still have not been refunded. I also feel since it was his neglect of not completing the job, he is liable to provide me with a new pool. Approx cost of$7000-$10,000. I do have photos, however they will not upload. If ****** would of fixed his error, my pool would of not been totaled.
