There is a mandatory service charge for valet trash and since vendor does not pick up the trash I am being charge of violation instead of the vendor which suppose to pick up.Customer response

I terminated my rental lease Nov 1 2021 due to myself being activated for military duty. At the time, I had to move immediately because I had no one to take custody of my child and it was an emergency move. I submitted all of my documentation and paid what was requested at the time. Now, December 2023 I was informed by **************** that my account is in collections and they are not accepting my documentation that has already been submitted to the leasing office prior to me moving out of the apartment.Business response
