8/6/2022 My daughter had at least 10 hours of driving experience prior to the 6 hour driving instruction provided by this service. She was doing well. Upon her 2nd day of driving, the instructor became verbally abusive. I believe she was unable to complete this part of training successfully due to this unprofessionalism. The class was $***. The instructor also offered to continue instruction for an additional $** per hour. The instructor also teaches his own version of some traffic rules that are inconsistent with state traffic statutes. I would expect her to test with a different instructor at no charge or receive a full refund.

We are unsure what exactly transpired on that second drive, I have reached out to the instructor and will be reaching out to you, Mr. ******* to discuss. A simple phone call to our office would have solved this issue, quickly and completely to your satisfaction. Professionalism and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us.
