Dynasty restoration, with JR Rocha as the owner and operator, is a terrific contractor to do business with if you have major home repairs to do. We recently had significant hail damage to our house, and we contracted with dynasty to repair the damage and return our home to livable condition. JR clearly has much experience after years of doing this sort of work, and he has a great deal of knowledge about how to work with the insurance company and the subcontractors to get the work done according to insurance company protocols and with sub contractors to complete the work quickly and efficiently, and importantly to clean up afterwards. JR was great to work with. he told us from the beginning what work he would do and how he would get it done, and he kept us informed throughout of how he was doing. He was quick to respond to any questions or comments that we had, and his answers were honest and straightforward. JR is a trustworthy and diligent man to work with and count on. JR and the Team at Dynasty Restoration did a great job helping us restore our home after the hail storm of 5/21/24. JR made the process of dealing with the insurance company easy and timely. JR paid great attention to detail to be certain the work was done correctly. Thank you!

They were referred to me by my sister. The representative help walked me through the process and was looking out for my best interest during the whole claim process. The work was done in a timely manner and the clean up was amazing. Best experience I had.Dynasty Restoration, Inc. Response

They were referred by a friend and did an amazing job. Our roof needed to be replaced and Brett did an amazing job coming out and marking the roof for the adjuster he also came back a couple of times to tarp the roof due to weather. He always checked in with us and explained the whole process. Every time Brett said he would be coming out to meet us he was there and very punctual. Once the weather cleared up and they were able to get the roof redone they were very efficient. Brett talked us through the various options for the roof and brought all the examples as well to help us choose. They dropped all the necessary materials off the day before they started working and then came back to work on the roof. They were very careful of our property as well.
