  On Jan 10th 2023 my son *** ** **** *** started at Aqua tots. The first lesson his eyes had an unusual reaction to the chlorine. Went back a second week same thing again, so now on week 3 we bought him goggles to see if that helps. No help. This was the worst his eyes were since attending. Severe enough to miss preschool that day. I called that day and said my sons eyes haven't gotten any better. I asked to cancel for the month of Feb. as this was not the place for us. The general manager was quick to say nothing is wrong with our water it's his eyes. I said I don't care about your water I just want to cancel for February. Alex said you can't we need a 30 day notice. My response, was we have not even been for 30 days. He said I had to come in person and sign a cancellation form, otherwise, they would continue to charge us. Weird that you can sign up over the phone but not to cancel. When I asked to talk to the owner he said there is no way to get a hold of him. I asked if I could get a doctors note for my son to show he was having a medical condition after being in the water. He said that wouldn't work. All I was asking for was to not be charged for February. I paid the $** start up fee and the whole month of January. My sons eyes have never had any problems in regards to chlorine from pools. For the sake of his eyes he can't go back into aqua tot's water. I am after a full refund of any dues paid to date with no future payments of any kind. I will make it clear on every review that this place is ************* and **************.

  Hello, I am not fully understanding this is the first notice I have gotten of the complaint so the reason for not responding was I never got notice.  Can you help with that?  

   

  I did speak to Mrs. ****** back on the day of her encounter and talked at great length about it.
