We purchased blinds from this company in fall 2022. This past summer, one of the blinds they installed broke. I called them, they sent a rep to look at it, who told me it was under warranty but they'd have to order a replacement unit. That was early August. 5 months later, multiple phone calls and voice mails later, I cannot get anyone to respond to me about the status of this issue. No one will answer the phone. No one will return my messages. I expect someone from this company to contact me immediately and for the blinds to be replaced as promisted.Initial Complaint

Barrett Clinic has used Designer Blinds previously and had no issues at all. We had them come in and measure to add some additional blinds in our office. We were told they would order and be back to install. There was a huge delay and many phone calls to try and find out what the status was. They eventually apologized for the delay, came back measured again. Again there were difficulties getting calls answered, but they did come back and install the blinds. After they put them up, we pointed out that 3 were the wrong color (they were to match the previously blinds they installed) and the 4th one had a pull cord and it was supposed to be cordless. I took over trying to get this resolved in September after our owner had been dealing with it from the beginning. I left messages, 9/20/23, 9/21/23, 9/26/23, my call was returned 9/28 she apologized saying they were short staffed, that John would call me back. I emailed the consultation form they had originally provided us. 10/4/2023 and 10/10/23 left a message and replied to the email I had sent 9/28. 10/19/23 I walked in their business, he said they had 3 of the blinds and were waiting on the 4th. He stated he emailed the company while I was there and would get back to me tomorrow. 10/24 left message and sent email again. 11/14/23 I left a message telling them we wanted this resolved. We have not paid for the blinds. I said they could come and take them back or provide a written statement that we would not be charged so we could find another company to get the correct blinds from. I have had no response.
