I've had my car towed there last Tuesday with an engine locked up i have an extended warranty because Kias this has happened to so many Mine is a 2013 sportage They reached out today Itll take 7 to 10 more days to tell me if they will cover it it has 70 thousand miles miles ive bought it new and have kept perfect records on maintenance When I do hear back I'm afraid it'll be a long time again I've rented a car for five days but can't afford to do so any longer And as of now no loaner is availableH & H Kia Response

Absolutely horrible customer service. They are eager to sell you a vehicle but that’s it. Purchased brand new 23 sportage in April. Hood had a dent in it. Didn’t get repaired until Jan 24. Every time I called no one knew anything about this, even though I had brought the vehicle to them on 2 different occasions for estimates. Got a rock chip in my windshield Nov 23. Called right away & was told someone would call me back to get right in to fix this. No return call and the chip is now a full blown crack across my entire windshield. As of this day, end of May 24, still waiting for them to replace my windshield. General manager Andy, NEVER, returns phone calls. I’ve left several voicemails on his personal phone line and nothing. Giving them 1 star is too much. I’ve never received such horrible/lack of customer service until dealing with H&H. Save yourself the stress and do NOT deal with them.Review from Catti K

I bought q car with no back brakes from H & H Kia. I have yet to get my vehicle. I called regarding my vehicle on Saturday and Monday still my vehicle ia not fixed. Do I have any rights. I have a loaner but it is not my vehucle. I owe 24 thousand on a vehicle I only spent 2 hours withH & H Kia Response

I would not put even 1 star except I had to. We bought 2012 Kia sorento 1 year ago as is , paper work showed they charged us 350. Dollars for maintenance of the vehicle, it was out of oil within a week, lied about doing maintenance, said the 350 was for (free oil changes) car then had issues now mind you they sold us a 4000. Dollar warranty with free oil changes. Car just quit , they said the gold on the warranty co and the claim was denied (lied again ) no warranty claim was filed, it was covered, picked up car broke down again 1 block off there lot! Fixed again. Went to pick up , it won’t start!!’ They LIED multiple time s by Shain C**** and they knew he lied that should not be tolerated the car has yet to be repairedH & H Kia Response

Although we did not have direct communication with you, we took your feedback seriously and promptly reached out to your sister to address the issues with her vehicle. We were able to quickly deliver a loaner vehicle to your sister and pick up her vehicle for diagnosis. Upon diagnosing the vehicle, we discovered an unrelated issue with the door locks causing a battery drain. We communicated to your sister and provided the diagnosis at no charge. Upon completion we returned the vehicle to her, at her place of employment. While we understand the frustrations, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. I have NEVER had good service from H & H regardless if we purchased the vehicle for HH Kia or HH Chevy. Many years ago I took my husband's Equinox in to have an oil change, and the garage forgot to put oil back in the vehicle. When I called them on it, I was told that sometimes the engine has to be running for the oil to circulate enough to be detected on the dipstick. I took a Honda CRV in (that I purchased from HH) to have a recall service done, the service department told me that I needed a new battery that would cost $400. I passed on the battery, took my car to a trusted mechanic and he told me the battery was fine. Recently, my husband scheduled an appointment for the day before Thanksgiving to have some recall work taken care of on his Kia Seltos. He dropped the vehicle off 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. Two hours after the scheduled appointment he went to pick up his vehicle and was told his vehicle was about done. It was still sitting in the lot, and the tracker on his phone for updates on his vehicle never changed to in process. So basically, they had his car for over 2 hours and never looked at it. They said they were busy when half of their service bays were empty. I won't even discuss what happened when my vehicle was stolen and needed repairs. They have no comprehension about good service!! I am required to leave a star rating, although I don't think they earned it!H & H Kia Response

This summer I scheduled an appointment for a door to be fixed and an oil change. When it got closer, I called back and canceled the oil change. When they called to confirm the appointment my husband canceled the oil change again. My husband canceled the appointment a 3rd time when he dropped off the car. The company called for us to come pick up the car and mentioned the oil change we had to pay for, my husband said we wouldn’t be paying for it because we canceled it 3 times. They confirmed the two recorded phone cancellations and we didn’t pay for the oil change. Here we are 4 months later and my car has so little oil it won’t register on the dip stick. There is no oil in the garage, driveway, or my parking spot at work. I can’t confirm why I’m so low on oil, but I’m allowed to have suspicions. Them doing a canceled oil change and trying to make us pay for it is bad enough.H & H Kia Response

Stay far away. They care about money not the customer. They sold me a 2020 kia sportage and within a month it was stolen. It has been stolen and vandalized 3 more times since then. They refuse to trade me out, they willingly sold a car knowing it has a defect. I will never buy another car from H &H.H & H Kia Response

I bought my Kia in 2022 brand new. Paid for it in full. July 2023 it got stolen from the front of my house. It was recovered but it was trashed. H and H Kia had had my car for four months and it's still not repaired. They say they are waiting for a back order. I told them to finish the car and I would go somewhere else for a used window. Then they finished the rest (except the window) then became really pushy that I pick it up and pay immediately. Couldn't wait for me to arrive in person. I didn't want to use the link so I went in to pay with a check from my emergency fund. I had proper ID and everything. They refused to take my check so I walked home and they still have my car. I'll pay for it now (take my time) pay for it electronically when it's convenient for me and they can just house my car a bit longer. I will never do business with KIA again. Being a customer who paid for a new car in full. They should have gone out of their way. They are a horrible business with an uncaring corporate atmosphere. Winter is coming and I don't have a window and it will take several attempts to pay for and pick up my car. HORRIBLE.H & H Kia Response

H & H Kia doesn't get it. Think about this: after one purchases a car, what is the contact and probably only contact? Answer: the service department. The Kia service department at H & H is unwelcoming, lacks friendly attitude, is inefficient, is unresponsive and has very poor communication. Take some lessons from the other shops owned by the H & H company, the front desk in service department is the face folks will remember, unfortunately for us we regret our purchase, and it has nothing to do with the car or the mechanics. It's the attitude that makes the difference.H & H Kia Response
