They charged me $65.00 and didn't perform the alignment that I requested said I needed new tires before they would do the alignment. Expect a refund because tires have nothing to do with an alignment.Business response

Customer came in for an alignment on their 2013 Dodge Dakota on 3-12-24. Upon pre alignment inspection it was found that the vehicle needed new tires on the front as they are worn out. We advised the customer they needed new tires on the front. The customer said they would come pick up the vehicle. They were charged the inspection fee of $65.00. The customer was advised that when we do the alignment or put tires on it that the $65 inspection fee is refunded. The customer paid the $65.00 and left. The customer called back a little while later in the day and said they wanted to go ahead and order the tires. The customer asked if the $65.00 was going to come off of the price of the tires or alignment they were adv yes. We scheduled their appointment for 2 days later on 3-14-24. The customer was a no call no show for the appointment to have the tires put on and have the vehicle aligned. On 3-18-24 Beeline Service attempted to call the customer 2 times to see if they forgot about the appointment or needed to reschedule. As of this time we have had no luck getting ahold of the customer. We did leave a voicemail but have not heard anything back. The $65 the customer paid covers the time our tech has into the inspection. This fee is not charged if the vehicle is tight and does not need any parts. If it needs parts and we put the parts on this fee is not charged. If the customer would have not missed their 2nd appointment and we would have put the tires on and did the alignment the $65.00 they paid would have been taken off of their bill.

Car at shop for a new engine, he had it 12 weeks and made appt. for me to listen to a used engine in car ** *** *** ** ** ******** ******* I was running late and called him and he blew up, he was running a business and he said 9am and if I didn't want this engine we were done, I asked him what I owed him he quoted "$******" I asked for what he said I quote "towing and, and eh we agreed to 4 hrs of labor. Which we had agreed to 2 cuz when he stood in my yard I asked how much to check 3 things prior to ordering a engine he said 2 I was not thinking in mechanic hrs so I bartered ******. When I went to pay the $****** he couldn't even tell me what he found wrong with it for the 4 hrs. I was handed a bill for $******* charging me 62 days storage $******* starting the 7th day he had it, 4 hrs labor, $****** towing $****** to bring car with engine & tranny for me to look at, I wanted a new engine and I didn't need a transmission. $***** shop fees. I was shocked. Went to police it's a cival matter. So I returned on Monday offered him in writing $****** and he refused and I only had $******* cash and he would not take my debit card or a check. So I had to leave it. He did nothing to my car. His estimate was $******* which included tires which I didn't get either. *** ******* *** ******** *** ****** *** feel he has bullied me. He put nothing in writing, until this bill. And he told me I'd lose in court.Customer response

Beeline refused any kind of payment except cash,The 4th trying to work out bill I sent my son. He signed the last bill and wrote "pay under Protest" they refused to give him a copy.Instead gave him this final bill and wrote received cash. But they would not sign it. I never got a diagnostic report. I did not say I didn't want a new engine. And I was never told about storage. When they said the car would be deemed abandoned, that letter I received at 10:38 pm. I decided to pay this bill. Who pays storage while car was to be worked on. I had to have car towed home and they claim I never Gave them the keys. Mr. ***** only wanted to sell me one engine. A used on in a race car * *** ******* with transmission which I did not need and my transmission havand would bolt up to the ******* engine had I wanted a 400 cc engine. I was told by the the tow driver that it is Mr. ***** own car that he drag raced last year. He claimed it was another man's and why he charged ****** to bring it to his shop. I'd offered to go to man's house. He was to get some solid prices on crate engines. And let me know. I never said I could not afford one. I called over ten times to discuss this issue prior to 1-10-23 when he scheduled for me to look and listen to race car. Again he is the one who quit. Said if I did not want that engine and transmission we were done. Asked what I owed he said $****** . I should not have had to pay double diagnostics he quoted me two I bartered *** not thinking hrs nor the ****. Storage while he was to be working in it. I was never asked for a down payment I'd gladly placed a down payment. Although I'm sure it would have been kept ** ** *** **** ** ****** **** ******* **** ** *****. When he refused me to pick it up on 1-20-23 I had the ****** plus ***** per day starting the 72 hrs after completion. He refused it. Then refused check and debit card. On 1-24-23 again on the 27th. *** ******** *** ***** I had to go get cash or lose my car. If I pay ******* under protest what I really want and could afford was a engine with a warranty. I'd say that the racecar engine was AsIs he was going to leave it up to me. I'm no mechanic. He is suppose to be a mechanic.Customer response

I thought I'd better resend the two bills, as you can see there are no dates o te second Bill . But the first there are. Also he called me on Jan. 8 to schedule the looking at and listening to engine . If he had required a down payment and was charging storage he wouldn't have done that. I'm so shocked at his lies

In response to the above inaccurate complaint. The information you received from Mrs. ******** is completely inaccurate, as of this present time I will not be going into much detail as this issue will be taken care of by our corporate attorney in court. At this present time we will not be disclosing and photos, screenshots, videos, phone recordings, emails, text messages, as well as in person recordings. Rest assured these accusations are false and proof will be submitted following lawsuit and counter lawsuit.
