Paid July 4th to start transmission rebuild service. Was told the job would take 5-7 days to complete once they got started and Sergio felt that he would have started the job 2 days later. I have picked up the vehicle 2 different time stated the job was done only to have the vehicle go back in for the same issue as it was originally brought in for. As of today 10/12 my vehicle is in pieces and not repaired. Pictures attached. I have had nothing but lies and stalling coming from Sergio. I would like the vehicle fixed with a discount or put the vehicle together broken, process a refund and I will take somewhere else that can fix thisInitial Complaint

When I brought my truck it had 191000 Miles they did a full rebuild for over 5000 dollars A few months down the road with the truck only getting 20,000 miles on it the transmission broke again having a 36,000 three-year warranty they honored said warranty and rebuilt the transmission so they claimed figuring they said this was a faulty torque converter that they installed the three-year 36,000 mile warranty would go back in a place at 240,000 miles well into the next 36,000 the transmission failed again lot of noise we brought the truck back In to AAMCO only to be told it was not the transmission it was the gearbox they charged me an additional $1400.03 days later after picking up the truck the transmission letgo again mind you this is a 2013 Chevy Silverado this truck is equipped with a safety measure that if transmission fluid loss or loss of pressure the truck would go into safe mode now I’m being told the coolant lines were broken even though they had to remove the coolant lines to rebuild said transmission if they did it I am being told by the manager acting manager now that they will not honor the warranty and I should come pay for the new transmission lines and cooler and bring my truck somewhere else I’m looking for the Better Business Bureau to assist me with this before I have to take legal action in court I have been paying for a rental for the last two weeks for my son to get back-and-forth to work he lost three days of work because of the truck not working I have had multiple emails back-and-forth with the acting CEO of these three AAMCO dealerships and have nothing but answered every question it’s entirety to her and yet no response to my truck other than threats that they’re going to charge me storage I really need the Better Business Bureau to act and act quickly this is completely fraudulent that they would take almost $7000 of my money and not do what they were tasked to do not to mention the $500 I’ve already paid in Rentals thank you
