Around 9AM on 7/7/2022 I placed an online order (order number *****, totaling $33.28) with the Bedford NH Bagel Cafe located at 19 S River Rd. to be picked up at 10:30AM. At 9:10AM, I called the store to cancel my order because I wasn’t going to be able to pick it up. I spoke to a male who told me that he couldn’t process the refund on his own, but that the store manager would process it. I never picked it up. About a week later, the refund still hadn’t come through. I’ve called several times and the manager is never available to speak to me on the phone. I went to my bank and they called the Bagel Cafe, and a male there told them that they had processed the refund and were going to “call the credit card processor”. It is now July 30. I have not been refunded for this transaction.
