I paid 125$ a few years ago for the HomeSeer4 product to replace the HomeAutomation hub I previously had. The main reason for this switch was to add *************************** This functionality generally worked over the past couple of years with minor service interruptions. Now HomeSeer has decided in order to keep this functionality I have to change to a yearly subscription plan in addition to paying for upgrades and plugins. This was not part of the original purchase agreement, I do not want to be tied into a subscription to continue to us the same service level I already had (and paid for). I was offered one product with documented/promised functionality at the time of purchased, that has been switched to another price model AFTER I paid for the software. I am seeking a refund of my original purchase price so I can invest that money in a competitors platform, or the return of my account to original agreed non subscription based service.Initial Complaint
