      Extremely poor customer service. Took advantage and twisted my words. I canceled my services last year and they returned this year without my permission and charge my credit card. I never signed a renewal agreement. Very disrespectful. It took over a month to finally speak to someone about a refund that I was promised but in the end never received.

      Easily the most professional and knowledgeable lawn care and pest control company around. The education of the technicians that service my property and the account managers that answer my calls or e-mails is top-notch. Whenever I ask questions, they have very thoughtful, informed, and detailed answers. They are constantly tweaking the products they use to make sure I get the best results. I have been on their tick & mosquito program for years and haven't had a problem with either the whole time!

      Mainely Grass is very professional and takes great care of my property. My lawn looked fantastic last year and my property had significantly less mosquitoes from their tick/mosquito program. The office is also very responsive whenever I have a question or concern. I just renewed with Mainely Grass for 2023.

      Always have a great experience with Mainely Grass, guys who come out to my house are respectful, diligent, and always willing to answer questions about my services. I live in a wooded area with small children and dogs and we always had issues with ticks and mosquitoes, not anymore. Can't recommend them enough!

      I'm a huge Mainely Grass fan! The techs are helpful and professional, and they are always friendly and easy to work with. Also, I find Mainely Grass's service offerings easy to navigate, particularly with the help of their knowledgeable Account Management team. I always recommend Mainely Grass to my local friends for treatment on their lawns.

      Mainely Grass needs to improve its customer service We've been a customer for 3 seasons and the individual reps who service your yard are usually pretty good. They listen, pay attention to areas that need (or don't) treatment. If they don't sufficiently apply the service you can generally tell -- ticks continue appearing in your yard. You have to request another follow-up treatment... But contacting their HQ quickly gets frustrating, hence the 2 stars. Hiring a lawn service shouldn't be this difficult! After signing up for service in Dec and requesting a tick treatment all April, Mainely Grass finally sent a truck on May 6th, well into tick season. Then things got interesting when they tried to bill us and couldn't resolve the rate we agreed to in Dec -- a very minor difference. Last December, we agreed to a renewal for the 2022 season, just as we had in Dec 2020 for the 2021 season. However, despite a clear trail of emails that I exchanged with Mainely Grass from Dec 26-28 it looks like they never charged my account. (Yes, we were a pre-pay auto-pay account in 2021 too). And now in May they are apparently incapable of honoring the price I committed to in Dec., making this customer extremely frustrated. Please charge me the rate we agreed to in Dec. Otherwise cancel my account and we'll look for a more reliable provider.
