To whom it may concern I am writing to you in regards to a business located in Berlin, NH at 416 Glen Ave Berlin, NH 03570. I called Berlin Auto Mart and inquired about car repairs concerning my 2009 Jeep Commander that has a oil leak and a water leak that leaks inside of the vehicle. Berlin Auto Mart said that they would pick up the vehicle from my home and take vehicle in and do a diagnostics on the vehicle then call me back with all the issues. Berlin Auto Mart called me back with 12000 dollars worth of repairs and request partial payment up front. I gave Berlin Auto Mart 800.00 dollars up front to do the repairs that they said was needed I also told them vehicle couldn't be left outside because of the water leak when it rains. Berlin Automart insured me that it would take only three business days for the repairs to be completed. I have been calling Berlin Auto Mart and going by in person numerous times and Owner Ed always had different excuses why the repairs had not been done. #1 he only has one mechanic working at shop. #2. Mechanic mom is on hospice so mechanic is not in town. #3 They both have covid (mechanic and himself owner). 4. They are to backed up with vehicles. 5. They have covid again. 6. They both are sick again. Everytime I went to shop in person to inquire about the repairs being made to my vehicle it was an different excuse to why repairs haven't been made. Now I can't reach anyone at all over the phone because number is not working and shop is always closed during posted buisness hours. I have been to the buisness everyday trying to reach owner. My vehicle has acrueed damage since it has been sitting outside shop in inclement weather from water leakage inside vehicle. I want my money back + damages to the vehicle that has acured due to vehicle being outside the shop in inclement weather. I can be reached at ************.
