I purchased four items from sneeboerusa.com on Sunday, October 31 (order #5978) and paid a total of $554.39 via MasterCard. I reached out to ******* C*** via email (*******@colegardens.com) on the same day to cancel the border spade from the order. He asked me to call the store on Monday November 1st to request a cancellation, and they would refund me. I did so on Monday 11/1, and the customer service representative I talked to said they would remove the border spade from my order and adjust the charges to my card appropriately (the item cost $139). I did not receive the refund after a few weeks of waiting, in fact another charge of $258 dollars appeared on my MasterCard dating from 10/31. I do not know where this charge came from, and I am assuming it was a mistake related to refunding my order. This is the charge in question for my complaint. In the meantime I received the other three items from my order. I also wanted to return a compost fork I bought in the original order. I reached out to ******* C*** again on November 12, stating that I wanted to return the compost fork, and that I had not to date received a refund for the cancelled border spade. At this time, I asked him about the $258 erroneous charge. He wrote me back the same day stating that he was looking into the added charge and would get back to me. I shipped back the compost fork (USPS tracking: 940*******************) and it was delivered on WED 11/17. I did not hear anything from ******* C*** so I wrote another email asking on the status of the refunds on THU 11/18. He again wrote me back that same day saying he was traveling and that he would look into the refunds the next day. That was the last I heard of him. However, I was eventually refunded for the border spade and compost fork returns (a total of $298). That still leaves the $258 charge which was never addressed or explained. I am still waiting to this day to get refunded for this erroneous charge.
