I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I was seen OVER a year ago, was sent a bill before my insurance was notified. I paid the bill, then my insurance paid the same bill. I have called throughout the year asking for my money back. I have heard anything from:"There has been a freeze on writing checks to re inverse people" to " We write the checks by hand and my name is way down on the list." I have waited OVER a year for my money. Do you think they would wait that long before sending it to collection?? What company writes checks by hand? What type of company KEEPS money that is not theirs to keep? I would recommend going elsewhere for your health care needs.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I got there at 7:20pm, they close at 8pm. The woman at the front could not have been any less friendly. She told me they stopped seeing patients. I nicely explained to her that I’m postpartum, I’ve been sick for 5 days, I spent the night prior at urgent care for my infant who had conjunctivitis in both eyes and 2 ear infections and I nurse my baby so this was the earliest I could get there. She said no way to be seen. I asked if I could sit in the waiting room to see if someone finished early and if they had a second could they see me? She left and brought back this other man, who said he worked at South Shore Hospital. He told me he was going to CALL THE POLICE ON ME if it didn’t leave and that they do that all the time….what? I’m at 33 year old mother of 2 infants crying in your waiting room and you have 40 minutes until you close. I would NEVER go here again or tell anyone too. This doctor also asked me why I didn’t have the doctor at the pediatric urgent care look at me the night before (it’s pediatric and I’m older than 26) and then told me I must not be an emergency if I didn’t go to the ER. How does this guy work with people, or anyone at this facility. I drove to the ************ in Weymouth on Main Street. I pulled in at 7:59, they were locking the doors and they NO PROBLEM saw me instantly to make sure I was ok. That’s service and concern for your patients. Avoid this place at all costs.
