I purchased food at the food court 6/15/2024 12:11 pm.The total on machine was $66, but my credit card notified me of $76.I asked an employee about it and they couldnt figure it out. Three other employees were called over and they didnt know why it charged me $9.95 extra either. One said it might be my bank having an extra charge. They said the logs showed $66, so there was nothing that could be refunded.I gave them my phone number to call me if they found out why?***** later called me and explained:Their machine is set up to automatically charge 15% tip. The employee isnt aware, the customer isnt aware. It doesnt show on either of our screens and doesnt show on the receipt either.. ***** said the employee is supposed to verbally warn the customer and press a button to cancel.Customer response
