My husband and I hired this company on 10/18/2019. Our wedding got pushed back due to COVID. The wedding was originally supposed to be on 7/11/2020, but we ended up having it on 7/11/2021. We paid $2,500.00. The contract stated that we would receive 6 hours of coverage, 2 photographers, unlimited photographs taken, an engagement shoot with a custom guest book, print rights to all edited images in a USB, an online viewing gallery for 30 days, and a 12 by 12 US album (10 pages, 20 sides). At the wedding we were happy with this company, and I wrote them a great review online. After the wedding, I feel like I had to fight to even get in contact with them. We never received the engagement shoot with the custom guest book. I was told that they would make up for this and do a family shoot with a small photo book. We still have not received our wedding album as well. The company does not have a number to contact them through, and it could take months to even get a reply from them to an email. The only way that I got any response was when I emailed them and told them that I plan on taking legal action against them. I’m not sure if I will ever get the wedding album or anything to make up for the engagement shoot. I feel that this company stole from my husband and I. I have even asked for the name and number of the company that they claim is processing my photo album, but I have not received any response. This company has done this to many others, as you can see on their google reviews. I am hoping to get this situation resolved. I have copies of many emails that I have sent to this company, and it shows that I have to fight to get a response, even if it months later. I am hoping for a partial refund.Initial Complaint

The date of this transaction happened in November 11,2019-March 11,2021 when we paid them off completely for the service and albums we were paying for, we ordered a wedding book from this photographer and got married in July of 2021 and was suppose to receive our wedding album with the wedding pictures we selected and sent to them to be in an album we have already paid for this service to be done witch was extra and included in our total of the package we selected it is now January 13,2023 and we have yet to receive this album and have reached out to the company numerous times and still have yet to receive it or any communication on when this service will be done or when we will receive our album, I have emailed them for a few months now on and off and still yet no communication on when this album will be done, I either want my album or want my money back as we have already paid for this and still over a year and a half we have gotten nothing.
