  July 17th 2023 i paid the final payment of $14,750 for a total payment of $34,750 dollars. That price was to include a professional landscaped yard with a two tier rounded boulder wall totaling approximately 100 liner feet 2.5ft high on first wall and 75 liner feet second tier wall at 2.5 ft high for a total of 5 feet high. top tier wall was to be approximately 25 ft at furthest point from deck as per landscape architect plan. sprinkler system was to be installed. bark mulch for edging woodline and flower beds... removal of old lawn and regrading of landscaping with new topsoil added. a peastone walkway or stepping stone walk way connecting old brick walkway to new leveled front yard created from boulder wall. tree removal where needed and hydroseeded.... The complaint comes with the stone wall being a single tier a dangerous 5 foot drop and is 45ft from furthest point from deck and not up to industry standards in construction. Contractor misled me to believe he was capable of building such a wall and is refusing to fix and repair obvious flaws. We already have big filler stones falling out and constant drain stones leaking all over the new lawn area.... Top wall in parts are lower than the bark mulch bed which even in the littlest rain acts as a waterfall of mulch all over the new lawn area. wall needs to be raised at least 8 inches in parts. He also ran an irrigation pipe under the deck leaving it exposed and not only an eye sore but potential damage from storage under the deck. stepping stone walk way was never installed and base coat of grading never professionally raked leaving huge stones so close to the surface that when it rains they pop out even where no top soil erosion has taken place. The center island of trees right of driveway was left messy and unfinished with no middle bark mulch leaving exposed roots and leaves, rocks chunks of asphalt etc extremely unprofessional. never tested the sprinklers and at the time of this complaint has not come and fixed three heads i counted not working properly. contractor also removed a 12 year old healthy cherry tree from my property without my permission or knowledge and has yet to return it. contractor also dug into two drainage pipes same one twice and i supplied the apprx 30ft of pipe and four couplings. also dug up my exterior electrical light line which i had to retrench and replace 50 ft of wire. missing 2 yrds of stone dust and 3yrds of 1 3/4 inch stone he used guessing for wall never replaced.
