            Can’t say enough about my home inspection. This is the 4th house I’ve purchased and most inspectors are in and out in about 45-60 minutes. John from true north spend 2.5 hours doing my inspection on a new construction home I was purchasing. John went through the house with a fine tooth comb as he believes new isn’t always better and typically has hidden bugs. Thank god he did as he found some electrical issues that only the typical spot checking would have missed. John was highly professional and informative, John even offered to do a return inspection after the issues were addressed and before we closed at no additional cost. John also pointed out several other things that were not actually deemed wrong however if not addressed after we finalized the purchase could lead to issues down the road. Honestly best and most thorough inspector I’ve ever hired worth every dime.
