      I purchased this tobacco pipe on November 29th. I realized when I got home that day that it had issues. I called the store to let them know of these issues within 2 hours, at 12:03 pm that there was a tiny hole that shouldnt exist due to the glass being blown too thin. I was provided a phone number I I called again at 7:33 PM when I'd yet to receive a response advising them I sent the footage they requested to the number the manager provided me on the phone, saying if i put a good faith effort to prove the issue i would have a refund sent to my credit card for my troubles. I called again on Decenbver 3rd and was told a manager would get back to me within two days. I called again on Friday December 8th twice and was promised that a manager would get back to me that day and they were so sorry they missed my call. This was the second or third time they have failed me now. I called again on Monday December 11th. They not only never called me, they told me their manager didn't call me because they had a lot going on "that day". I finally received a call on Tuesday the 12th where the manager told me I was out of luck. I said "M'am what about the hours I've invested calling your business over and over? What about the fact I am handicapped and told you that when buying the pipe so I arrived via uber?" She seeme unconcerned about this. She then tried to tell me there is no possible way to send the funds back to my card. I explained to her how credit cards work in 2023, and she said it wouldn't be possible. They claimed they had their "IT team" check, then actually said it was against store policy after their "IT team checked". I'm not sure about you but it doesn't take an IT team to process a refund to a credit card, that's the funniest line I've ever heard in my life. I asked to speak to the owner, who told me that they broke policy and they wouldn't be refunding the funds to my card for me. Yes, you broke many many policies and lied many times Mr Owner.

      I am here to confirm I have not heard any further contact from the company in the methods that i have available to me, if I do happen to however receive further contact it would probably be through here as they don't seem to reply to their business email and regularly fail to pick up their phone - sound familiar ?

      I provided screenshots from the video and hastily wrote on them with the energy i had, unfortunately there was no way to upload the video but trust me it's faulty..unless it can go in a zip file but 5MB is so small i doubt it.
