We stayed at the inn on Feb 25th while attending the ice castles. My husband paid cash $217. But to reserve a room she said they needed a card also. So I gave my card . Sherxplained that a fifty dollar hold will on placed but will come off after we leave in a day or so. A few weeks later I was checking my accounts to see that they charged us again. I called the inn and they stated that no we have no record of it.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.This has been resolved. They refunded me my money. Thank you
