I took a summer class at ********* University that ended July 5th, 2022. The class cost me a total of $2,525. I am an ICU nurse at ******** Hospital and they offer to pay for classes. I applied through ******** Health for reimbursement for the class. Upon receiving my final grade, I submitted what I believed to be the correct paperwork to Voya for reimbursement. I called Voya Financial/Benefits Strategies beginning in late July because time had passed and I did not receive my check. I was told to be patient and that it needed time to process. I called again mid August and was told that I did not have all supporting documents and to submit missing articles. I explained that I was previously told that everything was okay and to expect reimbursement through the mail. They apologized for the "confusion" and I submitted said documents. This has been going on since; I am told the reimbursement is coming in the mail, I wait some time and call to check on the status only to be told that they need more documents. I submit the documents and I am told everything is all set & the reimbursement does not show up. On October 18th I spoke with an employee, Nidia, who told me I was outside the 60 day window for submission and that my request was denied. I explained to her that this was due to their misinformation and repeatedly telling me to "wait for repayment in the mail" and that everything was all set. She told me that I could request the review the denial and I did so. She also said they could review the telephone conversations I had with their representatives to see if there was in fact wrong information being given. I have not heard back from the company and would really like the resolve this issue. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help. Thank youCustomer response

I want to thank you. I submitted my complaint to you guys and 2 days later I heard from Voya regarding my reimbursement and they granted the majority of it. I truly feel that if you had not reached out to them, I would not have this issue resolved. Thank you again. Have a safe and happy holiday season.
