My fiance's mom Mrs ***** ****** passed away I personally paid phaneuf over thirty five hundred dollars and now he is being rude buddy phaneuf and trying to extort more money I just want my fiance's moms ashes this guy that owns the phaneuf funeral home is rude and unprofessionalBusiness response

See attachment which was an email I sent Mr. ****** *** ***** had no involvement in the arrangements whatsoever. The next of kin is the daughter (his assumed "fiance") and she had had her mom's cremated remains at home with her for several weeks. *** ***** has posted complaints on facebook, yelp, and google. Each of his complains is a bit different and the story changes. But basically he states that he paid for the cremation and we still have the cremated remains with us which is untrue. The only reason there was a delay in having the daughter come in is because she does not drive, does not own a car and lives several hours away so had no way of coming to our Manchester location.

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because:
I was the one who made all the arrangements and paid on my credit card so yes I was involved and yes they do still have the remains they are lying I have proof I'm the one who called phaneuf and made arrangements and also paid 3577.00 so Mr. Phaneuf is lying

I have attached several documents for your review. The first is a signature from the daughter, ***** ******* signing off on the release form that she picked up her mom's cremated remains on July 19th. The second is a signed contract from ***** stating that she was taking financial responsibility. And the third is an email from ***** using ****** *****'s email on July 19th stating she wanted to come in and pick up her mom (which she did) but had no money and wanted to make payment arrangements (which she did).
I have many more documents and emails to provide if you need this. I can also provide you with the name and phone number of the deceased sister who was in my office with ***** making arrangements and can confirm this *** guy had nothing to do with the arrangements. I have never met him nor want to. I can also provide you with ******* phone number as well as she can verify all of this.
*** ***** was never a party to the contract and is not related to any of these people. His only involvement was when he said he would pay for the cremation and gave me his credit card over the phone and it was declined due to insufficient funds.
