Under the pretext of "Spring cleanup" this outfit cut down a 10' flowering tree in my front yard without asking in 2022. When confronted about it, Allen (co-owner) admitted he had done it himself and thought the tree was dead. I asked they replace it, and was told they'd ordered the tree and it was on its way last July 2022. I followed up several months later and was then told they ran into some delays. I followed up again early Spring 2023 and Allen told me they'd get it done with this year's Spring cleanup work. That was five weeks ago. Still no cleanup and still no tree. I have several text messages between myself and Allen (co-owner) of Northeast Landcare where he has told me about the tree being ordered, on its way and then delays in getting it and finally a promise to take care of the situation this past Spring during a "clean up" which never occurred. The attached image of the front of the house includes the tree all the way on the right hand side. If you zoom in, you can see the branches of the tree reach almost to the gable above the windows. It flowered in late June/July and typically didn't get leaves until the end of May. I'd like Northeast Landcare to make good on their promise to replace the tree with any flowering species that's approximately ten (10) feet tall.Business response

This issue was resolved:
We spoke with **** ******* to discuss his complaint and all confusion was cleared up. Our crew did not cut down any flowering tree as mentioned by customer. With that being said, to resolve this issue NELC has taken upon ourselves to replace flowering with a more suitable plant for the area on customer property. To touch on the original project, it was a rehab of an overgrown property that had been neglected for over a year.
