I was charged $100 randomly with no service provided a month after I initially received a massage and Paid in full the day of the massage. I have tried to give the owner and opportunity to fix it and refund the $100 erroneous charge. She emailed saying she would about 3-4 weeks ago and has not done so yet dispute my follow up. The owner has now become unresponsive.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/21) */ I responded promptly to the clients complaint as soon as she notified me. I realized the mistake and told her I would refund her the $100 mistaken charge. Due to a family medical crisis, I was waylaid for a few weeks. I have since sent a check in the mail to the clientfor the amount wrongly charged (check number 205)and again apologized for the extra time it took to get to her.
