What a nightmare, DO NOT BUY, DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS, DO NOT BELIEVE THEY CAN AND WANT TO HELP YOU, THEY LIKE TO WASTE YOUR TIME WITH FALSE HOPE. My son drove a car for almost a month for them to call AND tell him he cant keep the car they made a mistake he has to bring it back and get a cheaper car. THEY LOVE TO PROMISE IN 6months u can trade it in lies lies all bull. Guarantor program scam they will run their credit 1000000 times as well as yours. Stay clear they do not care to help u they want your hard earned money for junk. They have people inspect and put a sticker on anything. I will never ever ever buy from Auto Sense Chichester or Salem. STAY CLEAR STAY CLEAR STAY CLEAR. They sound good on the phone, employs look good in person but their practices are grimy and unlawful. I will be speaking with someone about that. Wasted so much time and didnt get no referral bonus.Review from Tammy B

Straight up crooks ! They put my old plates on a car they sold me for $7000 when come to find out they would not put 10 day plates because the car is unsafe , uninspectable. I got stopped by police, car towed and they will not do anything about it!Review from Travis S

This place should be shut down and sued by anyone who has fallen for these people. Sadly I am one of the lucky ones. I was put in a bind and needed a car. Was fed a lot of **** about how great the car is. Clean bill of health and yet two weeks into buying it I'm at a ford dealer ship and they have told me there's a TON of problems electrical and mechanical and they can't pin point it. Not only do they cover up things. They also promise a 200$ referral program and they mail you a check. Yet to see that one. When you try to get a hold of ANYONE no answer. No call no email nothing. You go in to talk to anyone they can't help you. Stay out of autosense. Do not fall for them. It's a HUGE HUGE TRAP!!! They force you to sign what they called a "cool off period" paper stating once it's off the lot it's not any problem of theirs. If I can help anyone from this I hope I can. They are the worst. The salesmen lean up against your cars not caring smoking on them. It's disgusting. Should be shut down. And the owner should never be allowed to open up shop again.
