On October 5, 2023 I received notification from a tenant, residing at ** ***** ** ** ******* ******, that the back door was unable to close and the wall and ceiling were waterlogged. I immediately reached out to management, pleading for them to figure out where the water was coming from. I was repeatedly ignored, told the issue was normal settling, etc. until the unit above's tankless water heater completely gave way (due to being plugged into a gfi outlet which is improper and unit had been leaking for months into my walls) and waterlogged my unit. Causing extensive damage. I called insurance co and a water specialist, who discovered severe neglect in basement, which is a common area and supposed to be maintained by Property Management ******* *********),soaking wet insulation, some of which had fallen down, mold on ceiling under my floors, standing water, very high read on moisture meter, etc. Zero moisture barrier has been installed. I again pleaded with ****** *********,property manager, as well as *** ******, Association President, to resolve this so I can gut my unit and replace everything. To date, I cannot get Leslie to respond to my emails and she is refusing to fix this. She wont even have maintenance spray the mold with bleach, even though my tenant is living there. She wont respond to any of my emails. My tenant is talking to lawyers. I need help please! If my unit is being affected, I believe all lower units in the complex are suffering the same without knowing it. This is EXTREME negligence by ****** ********* and will impact the health of many residents.Business response

Hi there,
We are working to resolve the issue w/Ms ******
I have attached my letter to the Town Health Inspector and also his response.
Obviously he is satisficed with what we are doing.
Should you decide to Ms. ******* complaint, please remove the two names mentioned. We are mealy working for the Association and should not be included in the complaint. The complaint is against Village Condominium Home Owner's association... not against specific employees.
