This company took money out of my bank account twice. They put it back the 1st time and apologized. My wife told them that she would call him back because we were sick. The sales Agent ******* called everyday and when she didnt call back the company then charged my personal account without my permission. He told my wife the money would be back in the account within an hour and it was not returned. She called back and he claimed he didnt say that at all and that he credited funds but had no idea the timeframe of the return. They basically stole money from my account. There was no card information on file for me to confirm when the order was created. After a week I waited for them to call to confirm order and it never happened then out of the blue they attempted order but never spoke to anyone to confirm a payment which is normally always confirmed before order is completed.Business response

I've confirmed with our sales rep that we followed all the sales etiquette and protocol when handling this order for **********************. The card information was provided to us by the customer and our sales rep confirmed that we were given the OK to charge. When the customer called demanding refund, we provided refund within the hour as promised. The customer misunderstood that just because we refunded within an hour, this does not mean that the money would return to their account within an hour. The customer kept calling and yelling at our sales agent using aggressive and inappropriate language, demanding for money to be in her account within the hour, not understanding that we are not their bank and do not have the ability to manage how quickly funds return to their account. Our sales agent was approved to stop answering the repetitive calls after letting the management know that the customer was yelling and using inappropriate language, despite us doing everything within our capability to both satisfy the order swiftly as well as provide refund swiftly.
