      I spent almost 2 hours trying to redeem a $200 gift card I was promised by a chat ***** last month when I added a line to my account. One chat ***** left me hanging for 40 minutes and I ended the chat to start a new one. The second ***** I got sent me several dear links to redeem the gift card and then just left the chat. The third ***** entered the chat and I gave up because I realized the chat *****s were not one bit trying to help me. This service was so bad I almost think they were doing it on purpose? Theres no way that was all truly an effort to resolve my issue. Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service! *** never had prompt customer service in np chat but this one was next level disappointing. At the end of the day Verizon is too cheap to me staff their chat crew with competent *****s. 0/10 do not recommend!

      ****** is a terrible company to deal with. I recently purchased a new iPhone 16. They did not tell me that although I kept my old number that I was given another number and billed $60/month for it. This company needs investigated by the ****************** for fraud and bait and switch tactics.

      I am so disappointed and frustrated with Verizon customer services and increased unlawful actions, after 20 years with Verizon i had to quit. The customer services are out of the country and do not have an access to the accounts so all they do is put you on hold for hours until they get a call back from the *** to give you an answer. All they do is guessing, and give you useless and unpredictable answer. They can make you wait sometimes, months, weeks and days, still no good answers. The worst thing is they try to charge you literally take money as much as they can from unused times. You really have to check your billing every time otherwise they snach money from you. They are getting worst and worst Slowly. Can not be trusted at all, there reception is not good as it was before. My advice is get it together, Verizon doesn't have qualified worker anymore, it is a total waste of time and money. They just don't listen to you.

      Stay away!!! Ive been a loyal customer for over 19 years, and their service is an absolute joke now. The hold times are ridiculously long, and their customer service **** cant seem to understand anything. To top it off, their billing system is a mess! Payments arent being applied correctly to the billing cycle, and then they want you to make another payment just to apply it correctlymeanwhile, none of my previous payments have been applied at all. I spent over THREE HOURS on the phone and got no resolution, only to be told I have to wait another week for a ticket to be processed. This is completely unacceptable!!!!!!

      0 stars they tried charging me 700$ for my bill and tried to call 5 time and chatted 5 times with them to get it fixed and they never resolved my bill they tried charging me for my free phone and add a line for 25$ and charged me ******************************************************************* if I got a watch it would only be 5 and charge me 25 for it I'm going to switch providers sick of every month paying hundreds and them jacking my bill up all time especially after i already paid them saying I didn't and constantly losing service for paying for 5g do not recommend

      Extremely Disappointing Experience with ************ and Support After being a loyal mobile customer for years, we were convinced to add internet and phone service for our business. Unfortunately, we experienced technical issues from the very first week. The technical support has been consistently poor, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the problems, the equipment never worked as promised. To make matters worse, we were charged thousands of dollars for non-functional equipment. We have since moved to another provider due to this unsatisfactory experience.

      Truly horrible customer service. Switched my business plan from Tmobile to Verizon in September and have had nothing but horrible customer service and bad cell phone service.First bill was twice what it should have been and agent promised us numerous credits that have never been applied. Have text messages showing what she promised but no one at Verizon is willing to do anything. You are better off with any other service than Verizon!

      I would give this company zero stars. No customer service. Everyone lies to get you off their phone. They bait you with one price and then your bill is never the same again.

      My experience with Verizon Fios internet service was very disappointing. I encountered poor customer support, repeatedly receiving the same ineffective solution despite multiple calls. Additionally, they informed me that a technician visit would cost $150, which felt excessive. In my last conversation, a representative named ***** argued with me instead of offering any help. Ultimately, they could only suggest a paid technical support request, which was frustrating and unhelpful

      They are the worst STAY AWAY! Ive been constantly LIED to and their customer service is atrocious. I keep getting promised that I will have a manager to talk to and it never happens. If you are reading this DO NOT I repeat DO NOTTTTTTT use their service
