I joined Lawyers.com for several reasons, When i was asked about the banking laws that Mastercard is bound to, It was flagged as inappropriate. So I re-worded and removed any reference to MasterCard, got the same response. When asked about getting a Will, same response, lets say every question got the same email response. All flagged as inappropriate. How can asking to get a Will be inappropriate. So I asked for a refund, that was flagged also. So here I amBusiness response

lawyer.com has no way to unsubscribe from its contacts or remove my information from its system. I cannot reach a human representative on the phone and have used three different contact numbers in my attempts and I have followed the steps provided in their email communications to unsubscribe but they do not monitor their inbox. I would just like my information removed from their systems and to stop receiving contacts from them and people they have farmed my information out to. Please just leave me in peace.Business response

Contacted me in November that they couldnt bill me going forward. They just kept billing till they got it to go through, Contacted about canceling the upcoming year, They said no. THey provide nothing of any worth for this money.Business response

False advertising for Animal cruelty law .seems lawyer.com and nolo find a lawyer websites are data mining lying scum .. I can't find one fkin lawyer in ** that will handle a animal cruelty case supporting a VA ******* animal under the **** act pased by ***** admin God **** lying scum ! BBB should fo something about this I'm in emotional distress I just lost my cat because of animal cruelty endangerment and you want f^$k with a disabled Veteran with PTSD ?? DO SOMETHING !! I want information deleted on every website after I spilled my fkin guts only to be told they can't do anything about it that's bs!! .. I want a response from lawyers.com nolo.com and findlaw.com ..asap and have all personal information cleared and have them cited false advertising it's a SCAM all of them !! Lawyer.com began flooding my inbox with scam promotions several weeks ago. I never visited their site, suggested I would want these emails, or otherwise requested they contact me in any way whatsoever. I am an attorney, and these promotions offer "case referrals" which they allege are based on my current business, however they appear fraudulent and are completely unrelated to my (non-referral based) practice. I have blocked their emails as spam, but they appear to come from multiple sources, several time per day. I do not trust any business that operates in this manner and therefore will not click any links in these emails for fear of malware or so that it may be used as justification for further spam.Business response

Lawyer.com is a free online directory. In some cases, we attempt to connect consumers with local lawyers. We don't represent any law firms nor are we lawyers.
In this case, if you are unhappy with your lawyer you will need to contact them or the State Bar. Unfortunately, there is no action we can do.

We have a pending immigration case with the office of ******************************* at **** *************, ****************, ** ***** that has surpassed the alloted time it should have taken to be completed. Our case was opened in 2019 and is pending submission of applications on their offices behalf. We were initially given an estimated time of completion of 2 years. We have paid upwards of $3,000.00 to work on our case and have paid off all dues to complete the case. We were told that our case was put on hold because of Covid and would not submit any further paperwork due to the risk of having to pay further fees. Anytime we go into her office to inquire on our case we are disregarded and denied the right to consult further with the lawyer on our case. The secretary gives legal advice which is beyond her scope of practice and acts on behalf of the lawyer.Business response

My information is listed on the lawyer.com website without my consent, and I demand that lawyer.com remove the listing in their directory:*************************************************** The listing erroneously associates my employment with a firm named The Law Firm Of ****************************************************** This law firm is often an adversary and has a terrible reputation for unethical behavior.
