We received an invoice on 12/24 from Novalis Roofing for work at our ********* were disappointed with the disclaimer Due to the condition of the roof this repair proposal cannot be guaranteed to stop the active leak. In an email exchange with the sales person, in a text exchange with the estimator & in a phone conversation with the sales person I shared our concerns about this being an ongoing problem with the same solution being offered but we were reassured that this repair would address the problem.The leak started in Sept 2018 - when our roof that was installed by Novalis - was just 13 years old. ********************************* said the spot in the upstairs bedroom was not from a leak. Okay.In Feb 2020 we spent $4,725 with Novalis on new ************** repair that included lift & seal all shingles, cracks, nail pops & rusted nails. Great maybe this will fix the leak. In Dec 2020 we reached out again to Novalis as the roof was leaking & paid $350 for the repair which included lift and seal all shingles, cracks, nail pops and rusted nails.Now in Dec 2022, the leak is worse than ever. ******* comes, the proposal is the same, the sales ********** have a long conversation where he assures me that Novalis will lift & seal all shingles, cracks, nail pops & rusted nails within 10 feet of the leak & this will fix the problem. In that same conversation with *****, I told him that we were contemplating working with another company since all prior efforts to fix this ongoing problem had not resolved anything & the solution was the same. ***** assured me that Novalis was confident in ******** abilities to solve this once & for all, & that there wasnt a need for us to look elsewhere.Unrelated to the leak, we spent $3,945 with Novalis to fix storm damage to our *************** Weve given them significant business & put our trust in them. We emailed Novalis on 12/24. Got a response saying they'd get back to us. We emailed 12/28. No response to date.
