Novalis removed three layers of asphalt shingles and the original wood shaker shingles from our **** Tudor. They re-decked the roof, installed a Corning shingles system and copper trim flashing. The team and process were very professional. The sales team walked us through the project, products, alternatives and provided drone photos of our existing roof during the quote. The roofing team was always on time, took care to avoid damage to other parts of our home and landscaping and left the jobsite very clean each day. They were incredibly professional and led by an experienced ******* who updated us regularly. As always, surprises were found along the way such as rot and stucco damage. We were immediately updated on the impact to time and budget. We are very pleased with the outcome. The work looks great. The job was much larger than we expected were relieved to have such a seasoned team tackling it.

I asked for an estimate. It came in quite high compared to 2 other local roofers. When the sales person contacted me I advised him I would not be going with Novalis. A few weeks later, the sales person contacted me and said "I drove past your house - I noticed you didn't get your roof done." I was completely creeped out - as if he was stalking me/my house. I then emailed the company advising them this is poor customer relations and a no is a no - not an opportunity for harassment. I have yet to hear back from them. Not only is Novalis extremely expensive, the sales staff are super-creepy. Glad I chose a different roofer!

Very professional, detail orientated company. The best home improvement company I ever dealt with. I recently had a new roof put on in Nov 2021 by another company who used subcontractors and was done completely wrong. I had new leaks where there were none. Novalis was willing to come out and inspect my roof but also agreed to work on it after looking at it. Most companies would not touch it due to it being under 6 months old and another companys work. Novalis was fantastic to work with. They have their own on staff crew so no worries about any fly by night subcontractors working on the roof. They worked professionally, were punctual and kept the job site clean, even better before the job started. The documented and took pictures of all the issues with the previous work done by the other company. The other company didnt remove wood rot and shingled over holes. Novalis spent about a week on my roof due to the carpentry work needed- thats how detail oriented they are. The new roof looks ****x better and the craftsmanship is excellent. I highly recommend Novalis to anyone looking for a roofer. I will be using Novalis to eventually replace my new siding as the previous company did shoddy work.
