In early 2021, I purchased two tickets to the ***** *** All Star Craft Beer, Wine, and Cocktail Festival for $30/each on *******. The event was originally supposed to be in February if I remember correctly. Due to COVID, the event was rescheduled for March 2021. The event has yet to be reschedule almost a year later. I reached out to the business running the event, UpcomingEvents.com LLC, via email. I was told they still do not have a date for the event and that I need to reach out to ******* for a refund. ******* told me they need a new date to issue a refund. UpcomingEvents.com LLC Is using this loophole to keep money from people that have purchased tickets. I want my $60 refund and for this business to be shut down for fraud. If I do not receive my money, I will pursue a class action lawsuit.Business response
