No one seems to know the policies. Four calls, four different answers. Yes, ***** insure your vehicle with agreed upon value. No, we can only insure it for ****** miles a year as a primary driver. This is a third car. No, we dont insure anything exotic. Yes we do. What is going on over there? We only insure collections of cars. Maybe some training would help or just some folks that can accept they might be wrong instead of getting nasty when asked why theres multiple different stories.

In short, Mr. ************* is trying to insure a vehicle that does not typically qualify for our program and would require an exception. My Underwriter was working with him originally to try and make that exception (she never denied it) but required more information from him.
When he called back with that information, he got another Underwriter. That Underwriter set the expectation that it needed to be a part of a collection in order to qualify which trigger confusion for Mr. ************ The other issues that Mr. ******* brought up were not accurate and some of it was just misunderstanding. We are reaching out to him today to rectify the issue.
