This website posted about having job opportunities, but when I filled in my information it redirected me to other websites to download apps and then I immediately got an email about flirty singles saying welcome, I did not fill out anything for a date or singles website and I am asking if you all can flag their website please.

I am very sorry for any confusion that there may be.  The only application we have on our hiring page is a downloadable PDF.  If you're computer does not already have a program to read PDF documents, that is why your computer or phone is prompting you to download something.  Our company doesn't control what programs your computer wants to use to open documents.  I know that Adobe Reader is a free and reputable PDF viewer that can be used pretty easily by anyone and most people already have it pre installed on their devices.  ********************** does not have any control over what applicant's computers are prompting them to do.  No one should need to download any special programs to view and fill out or print the application.  If it cannot be filled out online, it may be printed and filled out and then an image of the application can be emailed to the address listed on the Hiring page.

We receive hundreds of applications each year and this is only the 2nd time in 25 years that I have heard that someone had issues with their computer not being able to properly view our application.  If this person is still interested in interviewing with us and possible employment, I can have an application sent directly to their email but it will still be a PDF (which is a very common document).  I'm not sure how else to satisfy this complaint.

I figured it would be a great place for me to work after school as it was close to where I live. BOY WAS I WRONG.My manager when I worked there was some 30-something year old guy who I found out while working there was an ex-con. Nothing wrong with that, they hire many ex-cons and provide good opportunities for them. However, I was not aware that my manager has also served time for attempted murder and r*pe of a homeless woman. This was only the beginning of the problem. One of my coworkers was a girl who I went to school with, we were the same age (16). My manager began messaging her through ********* sending flirtatious texts, etc. He would touch her shoulders and hair throughout the shift. She confided in me one day at school and told me everything, even showing me the messages between them. It was not just simple friendly communication, it was romantic. She told me not to say anything in fears that they would both be fired. He began to touch me in the same way, so I decided to speak up.I went straight to the owner of the company (who still owns it today!). I told him EVERYTHING. The messages, the inappropriate touching, etc. He told me he would speak to them. A couple days later, I get called into the owners office, wherein he tells me that he spoke to my manager, and that he denied everything. The owner proceeded to call me a liar and that it is harmful to make such accusations. MIND YOU, he NEVER spoke to my friend who was the victim of this. A 30-SOMETHING YEAR OLD MAN GROOMING A 16 YEAR OLD!!! The owner even threatened to have me fired if I ever brought it up again. I quit immediately after this.A couple months later, one of my coworkers (an older woman who I had become acquainted with) reached out to me and told me that my former manager had been fired because he had done the same thing to another young girl.

so the call comes in 12/15/23 6:12 PM, do not answer -- then calls again 9:54 PM 12/15/23 ALSO and wakes up the house -- Spam calls end at 9PM -- NO MORE CALLS EVER !!!!!

I'm sorry for any inconvenience our calls have caused.  We are a Market Research company that conducts telephone surveys and polls.  Our legal hours of dialing are 8am to 10pm as our industry is not included in the same category of business as bill collectors and telemarketers.    We do try to limit *********** to end by 9pm local time but sometimes we must call at later times in order to reach a wide range of people and include their opinions.  I can make sure the phone number for this complaining party s removed from our database so that our particular company does not call again in the future.

Received a phone call on my cell phone at 9:42pm on Thursday, December 7, 2023. It is highly illegal to make a telemarketing call at that hour. This company needs to be shut down.

I can remove this number from *********** list.  We are a market research company that does political polls and consumer surveys.  Since we do not sell and are not in the telemarketing industry, our dialing times can be as late at 10pm.  We do try to not call people past 9pm, but sometimes it is easier to reach a wide range but calling at a wide range of times.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you!

Ive asked to be removed from their call list but they will not stop calling. When I call Maximum Reseerch directly, there is a prompt to press 5 to be removed from the call list. Of course that option does not work. Please help.

I am sorry that I did respond sooner.  When I originally received this complaint, I investigated immediately and saw there was an issue with our phone system that I was not aware of previously.  This has been correted and anyone that has called that line has been removed from our internal calling lists.  You will not receive a call from our company again.  Thank you for helping bring this to our attention!

2 SPAM calls: to our Business Phone: 1) CID = ************ @7:03PM on 10-06-2023; 2) CID = ************ @ 5:23 on 10-09-2023;I recognized CID of MAXRESINC was NOT our customer, and did not answer. This survey out fit needs to REMOVE ************ from their database, as I consider them a scammer. Our Business Phone is ONLY for calls from customers who are placing an order. SEEMS useless to block their phones because they use MULTIPLE numbers .

      Business response

      10/20/2023

We have no way to trace our records since no information was provided with the numbers we made calls to and I can not properly reply to this complaint.  I will gladly put those numbers on our internal Do Not Call List as would any of our representatives had the complainant answered either call.  We are a reputable market research company that has been in business for almost 25 years.  We do a wide variety of surveys including political polls, customer satisfaction and customer awareness, just to name a few.  It is very possible that the phone numbers we called are either on a customer list and we were asked to call regarding a recent experience or they could be in an industry where other business owners or politicians are collecting information regarding local business experiences.  If this complainant wishes to never receive a call from us again, they can call our main line at ************ and follow the prompt to have their numbers removed from any lists we receive in the future.

I am rejecting this response because: Last call was ************ from MAXRESINC to ************ . since you keep calling from MULTIPLE numbers I am unable to BLOCK all of your spam. We have multiple numbers, so put them ALL on yer DNC list : ************, ************, ************, ************, ************, Don't expect ME to fill out YOUR form, just REMOVE ALL of my numbers from yer "RESEARCH" -- UNLESS OF COURSE YOU HAVE GIFTCARDS TO SENT ME $20.00 PER MINUTE OF MY ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS, my time is valuable - you make $$$$ on research - so share the wealth.

Multiple times in the past weeks this company has contacted me both on my personal phone as well as business phone. Via text and call. They have promised to stop then call again hours later. This harassment is diminishing my quality of life. Please stop doing this for your own entertainment or whatever sick reason it is.

I am very sorry for all the inconveniences any calls or texts from our company may have caused.  I have double checked the phone number provided against any surveys we are currently running and it is not listed for them so it was removed at some point.  I will go through our records and figure out which employees did not remove your number when requested so that disciplinary action can be taken.  I am submitting your number into our internal Do Not Call list so that any future surveys we conduct will not contact you at the number provided.  *This only prevents our company from contacting that number but does not mean you will not get calls/texts from other survey companys.

This company claims to be a legitimate survey company. I have had two calls from this company, that I answered. After asking a bunch of what appears to be normal political survey questions, they launch into a tirade against any of the Democrats running, done in question form, but it is nothing but a Republican based advertisement. It's a shame they get away with this.

      Business response

I'm not sure how to respond to this since there is nothing we can offer except the assurance that we are a market research company and we conduct political polls as well as many customer satisfaction and consumer studies.
