Purchased a car from them with extended warranty brand new and they said if I trade in the car I would get portion of that warranty money back and Ive been contacting them even went in person 3 times The guy nabe is **** finance manager is a thief Had the car only 3 months traded in they said they are going to give me money back never did been trying they ignore meBusiness response

In approximately June of 2023 **************** cancelled his extended warranty. The warranty company instructed us to send the refund the bank the customer financed it through. So in July of 2023 we sent the refund check to the lending institution. I was not contacted until June of 2024 regarding **************** looking for his refund. I saw that we sent it to the bank and then checked with my bank to find out the check was never cashed. I was not able to reissue the check immediately due to the nationwide CDK outage as CDK is the DMS provider that we use. As soon as CDK came back online in July, I reissued the refund check to **************** and he cashed the check on July 15, 2024.
