This is a demand letter notifying you that the account reported on my credit for Affirm [Camille Jewelry] is causing irreparable harm to my credit score and delaying financial commitments. I have not secured, received, or processed any transactions with this company and do not assume this purchase is valid. I’m the victim of identity theft and I did not complete a transaction/purchase from this vendor. *************************************************************************** Please provide the following proof of transaction to satisfy this request: Official Sales Transaction Receipt Proof of Delivery of merchandise Complete account charges/debits/credits I am in receipt of the “refund” notice dated December 31, 2023 indicating a refund in the amount of $2,241.00 was processed to my account that has now been closed. I would like my account to be updated to reflect this account was opened in error by the vendor and was in fact transactional fraud proceeding by the Vendor without a valid sales agreement, contract, and/or merchandise exchange. Transactional fraud refers to deceptive activities during financial transactions, aimed at acquiring money, goods, or services from unknowing victims.Business response

Hello,
I have contact the ******** ** *****, Paralegal who emailed me about the issue. Unfortunately there was not enough due diligence done of their behalf.
They contacted and filed a complaint on the wrong company, as you can see from there dispute the company listed is Cameille Jewelry, Not Camille Jewelry ( our company). This is altogether a different company.
In addition, we do not support Affirm on our online store. We checked our records and never had a purchaser by the name of ***** ****** nor a charge for an amount $2,241.00.
PLease be sure not to reflect this error on our good standing of our Company. We do not want to have this error tarnish our good standing reputation with our community.
